Lost 1.5 kgs over the week from last week. Very happy with this result again. I'm down under the 110kg mark and it feels great. Reached my second mini goal. Next one is to be below 108 kgs.

What I think is helping is listening to the advice on health podcasts such as Hubermann Lab, Dr Kyle Gillett and Rich Roll. I've been taking in a good amount of pre and pro biotics each day. Acetyl l carnitine, vitamin D, magnesium. I'll be getting some high EPA count fish oil tommorow and my berberine supplement will be arriving by mail shortly. Match green tea and Yerba mate tea also help.

I've been doing low/moderate carb with a focus on incorporating an abundance of plant material which includes nuts and seeds and spices as well - following tim spector's protocol of having at least 30 plants per week in my meals. I'm also doing intermittent fasting with two meals per day from 12-8pm sometimes OMAD. I've cut out pretty much all ultra and high processed foods from my diet and keep sugar to almost negligible each week.

In between all this I try to move reguarly doing a bit of exercise each week 2-3 sessions of 30 min cardio alternating with resistance training and a bit of yoga for flexibility.
