And another 1/2 lb, plus I actually tracked (almost) everything I ate. (Didn't record all the chocolate, but oh well....) Anyway, I'm very fond of this lemon poppyseed salad kit you can get at WalMart, but yesterday I tried something different. It was a Thai-inspired kit that had dried mangoes & toasted quinoa instead of cranberries & poppyseeds, and the dressing was a sweet chilli sauce vinigrette. It was also a little too spicy for me, think I'll sub that for a raspberry vinigrette. I also tried a taco bowl recipe I found on Youtube, unfortunately I probably overcooked the meat, too bad. It included a corn & black bean salsa that I thought could stand on it's own, in fact I thought I could put the salsa on top of rice, add a little cheese & heat up & it'd be quite good. I used cilantro for the greens, lots of it, and some lime juice instead of normal dressing. Yeah, it was good! I will be relying on leftovers today, I definitely need to hit the treadclimber & do some housecleaning. Have a nice day everyone!
