Did a rowing session before dinner yesterday. If nothing else, it kept mindfulness at the front of my brain instead of pushed off to the side. I had a lovely turkey dinner and homemade apple strudel rather than pie. The restaurant we went to doesn't over sweeten things, which is one of the reasons I like it.

Watching the work computer, but working out in the yard. Wanted to take the dogs hiking, but Chance is limping, no doubt from playing with Shasta. Need to give it a day or two. Silly dogs.

Treating today like a weekend. Computer light. Gave myself an hour on the computer to shop. Pretty much done now. Walking away.

Doing Christmas decorations today. So excited. Been holding back although some neighbors already have theirs up!!! It's going to be a good year. And the festivities start next weekend. Yay!
