Well darnit if I didn't gain back a bit of weight right at the end of this challenge, grrr!😡 Oh well, it's not a total waste of time, I'm seeing that I did lose about 5 lbs. Here are the rest of the stats:

Body fat: 37.6% down 1.6%
BMI: 27 (down)
Waist: 32.75" (down 3/4 inch!)
Hip: 40" (down 1/2")
Thigh: 22.5" (down 3/4 inch!)
Arm: 12.25" (down a bit)

So, that's about 2 inches lost overall, not bad for 5 lbs. Also, if I'm doing the math right, about 4.22 lbs of that weight was body fat, woo hoo!!! That helps make up for the less than spectacular weight loss, but then again I did fall off the diet wagon a few times. So obviously not dieting tomorrow, but just watching portions & trying to not gain everything back in one day, LOL! Hope everyone has a good day before Turkey day, hopefully NOT rushing out for those last minute items like I need to do!🙄
