Down another pound on my new eating plan. I actually expected to stay the same but I think the extra exercise volume may be helping with the weight loss. I expect a little more loss tomorrow if my body follows its normal plan.

I did find out that steel cut oats are chewy and take 20 minutes to cook. Not at all like the flattened instant outs I'm used used to. The taste is tolerable, at least with stevia and cinnamon added :)

My blood glucose has been doing good so nothing to worry about at this point. I am sore from all the exercise, I guess my age is catching up to me but I'm not giving up. A couple more weeks of this and we'll see what happens. Onward!
