Happy, happy Friday. I have one more social obligation tomorrow night and then I am free for a bit. I don't mind, but I need a day to crash at some point as it's been non-stop for awhile.

Short walk with the dogs. cleaned up the house a bit last night in lieu of exercise because of guests. working on getting my life back into some form of order.

blob up for no good reason. betting that eating late is a chunk of it because there were no more treats the past two days.

got a cute green dress off amazon for a steal. chopped off the bottom tier to make it wearable because I'm not really into the whole maxi dress thing because dogs.

going to be a busy day, but a good day. plans for some shrimp tonight, I think, unless I get pulled sideways. Hogan is doing well, but need to focus on the surgical consult. things are still weird in California. need some prayers that we can make that happen sooner than later. steroids are working their magic, but it's not a cure, it just postpones things. the tumor is in his spine and putting pressure on his nerves. the inflammation is being addressed, but we don't know how long that will work for and the increased pressure can damage the nerves permanently if it returns. in the meantime, he is his big goofy self and just stumbles every once in awhile. it seems to come out more often on walks, I haven't figured that out. I just think we're going to knock out a mile or two and realize it can't happen yet. and life goes on. I should probably pull the treadmill out so I can get my steps in. love the swimming and rowing, but just jumping on for five or ten minutes is the easiest thing in the world to do. I can sneak it in during the work day.

Press on is right! Thank you and what a lovely sunset! I may have asked before. What scale do you use to get your body stats? I had one and the developers walked away from the app, so the scale was no longer helpful.

Hi LISfifty, it is a Withings smart scale and I got it off Amazon on sale. my only complaint is that it will not connect with my network anymore, but it does connect to the app via BT, so it works. I think I've had it three years now, so reasonably happy. and BB, good morning!
