Day before my birthday and I'm holding steady in the very low 200s. Hoping for the high 199s by the end of the month if possible. Heading to The Olive Garden with 20 of my closest friends tomorrow night for an all-you-can-eat soup dinner - should be about 800 calories, and 6000 grams of sodium, LOL - can't wait!
