Day 57. Just two more weigh ins until the end of month 2 to remove the Christmas excess plus a little more.
I managed to lose 2.4 kg in Feb and just 1.2kg so far this month and just a total of 1.6 kg to go. I expected things to slow down as I get closer to 73kg so Im not despondent. Hopefully I can add at least a few hundred grams to my loss before month end. I will try for a very large deficit today.

I have definitely felt a lack of energy of the last few days - Not sure if it is a lack of calories or something else.
Today I'm planning a long run of 10 miles plus and will start off very slowly.

We have been working hard and the garden is starting to look nice at last.
