Muscle up, blob down, long walk last night. Still trying to figure out why this new keyboard keeps taking screenshots when the old one didn't, it's amusing though. 3.53 miles. VO2 is holding steady. at this point, it's not me, it's my sweet old girl and I'm just happy she's doing the distance with me as I think any movement is good.

Work is a freaking bear. I dunno. Tired today. Looks like it's going to be sunny and warm once the clouds burn off and that's always a good thing.

Pretty sunset last night. You can see Balboa Tower in the distance, center of frame. Tried to get the dogs in the golden light of the sunset. They weren't having it. This was the best effort. Loving the longer days.
