Verlust von 3,2 kg pro Woche

Still flabby!! Keep working out, this is a life long commitment not a short term one. Keep eating healthy and see where my weight lands at a feel good fit weight. Keep tracking... keep coming here because it keeps focused on healthy eating and exercise. FS journals have also helped me soo much re-gain a sense of self that was lost in destructive relationships. I need this to keep my life in balance. It's sort of like therapy without all the drama of going to group sessions of abused women's recovery. Believe me I've been there. Helped then in crisis but now I need focus on the future, the positive in my life, and leave the negative in some archive of my past.
