Day 13 just a small deficit of 170 calories and a small weight gain. I failed to meet a decent deficit by succumbing to flapjack. I will try and resist the sweet stuff today.

I fitted in a little run yesterday between the storms and to end the week on a total of 51.2km run.
Also I managed to make the speaker baffles - I have some suitable screws and the speaker units arriving later this week so I'm looking forward to trying it all out when that arrives.

The weather looks variable again today but is currently not windy so hopefully I will able to find an hour to lop the final branches that I have been waiting to finish in the garden. If I can I would like to get a decent run in to start my exercise week off well to try and get ahead for a change.
