Thx M 😊 It‘s been a simple formula. Good sleep, enough water, balanced & non-processed food diet, no binging, no emotional eating, CICO AND everything I like in moderation incl. beer, wine & chocolate.
Note that exercise is not in the above list of weight maintenance. I should exercise more .. cardio & resistance training but these would help improve my cardiovascular function & strength, i.e. not used to lose or maintain weight.

Non-processed food is great. I'm trying to cook more and use less packaged food.

Sk, it is the emotional eating that causes most of my stumbling. If I would only learn to consistently make different choices there, I'd be so much better off. Sadly, when sad, I don't care enough. But, I've had some good days! Good days can build! 😁 Thank you for your beautiful example!
