After coffee weight because I wasn't going to weigh at all. Swam a good swim yesterday in the rainstorm. 849 strokes, 10.5 METs, average heart rate 145 with most of the session in weight loss mode, only 7 minutes in peak. it's all good, working less hard, getting good numbers, will do another today and notch the speed up.

Muscle up, blob down, strength was good yesterday, felt good in the water. Love that. I have to run an errand before noon and the storm is picking up, so keeping it short for now.

It's actually a good day. Some stuff going on as always, but a good day. Press on, press on.
