started the day sprinting the recycle bin to the curb in my nightshirt. that was fun. got it done though. sinus pressure is crazy this morning because of a change in the weather. I really want to hide somewhere. it's that feeling when you move your head and then the contents slosh over a second or two later.

did a long walk last night, my old girl was dragging a little on speed, so we slowed down. got 3.54 miles in the tank. went earlier, less drama. VO2 still down, I'm going to quit obsessing and just walk. that said, it's supposed to be 84 today, so I am going to swim. air should be warm enough for me.

blob down, water up, muscle up, life is good. I should eat shrimp every night. haha.

in a transitional period between Halloween and Christmas. I think I need to be friends with these people. I will work on that.

Keeping the holiday "spirit' going. 😁 Although you did not ask . . . I get a pot of boiling water, add essential oils like tea tree and/or peppermint, eucalyptus, make a tent over pot and steam for no more than 20 minutes. Clears right up, but have to keep eyes closed. Hope your sinuses clear up and you have a wonderful day. 💕

thanks, Becca, I usually just take a hot shower, but hard pressed in the mornings to fit that in. I'll hit the Neti pot soon. that always helps.
