I'm back on to daily weigh ins with the aim of shaving the last few kg off my weight and meet my 75kg target by the end of November.

My heart rate running plan seems to be working pretty well and this week I have just reduced my target upper BPM limit to 116 - Initially I often needed to run or walk to keep below the HR limit and that obviously slowed me down. Aside from one really steep hill I am now able to run all of my route at under 116 BPM. Since Sept 9th my av pulse during this run has reduced by 15BPM and at the same I am running it faster. I hope the chart is of interest and that it's readable
