Nice day of eating today. Hurt my shoulder a bit so will hold off on weight training tonight. Freaking exhausted so no workout tonight. Ended up doing three scotches and TWO bottles of wine with my wife. We had a great night, but added 700 calories of alcohol to the totals for the day. Will do a treadmill workout at the end of my 16:8 fast on Saturday. Hoping to get back into the 2-OH zone!
