Got in half a treadmill session before heading out to do stuff yesterday with BF, medium walk, did hit all the rings well before bed, so that's good. Did not make it to the pool as we had some emergency drama out on the street. Everything ended up okay as far as I know. Bodies are really weird under stress. I went from cold to hot over the course of an hour and I was not even involved. Caved on chicken at lunch because it was easy and we were trying to get stuff done. Will need to plan ahead better. That's always fun.

Looks like blob up slightly, muscle holding, weight holding, need to keep drinking water which will be challenging if it stays cooler. Was supposed to get my flu shot today, but looks like I need to run a cat into the vet, and everything else that goes along with all that stuff.

Edit for incomplete thought. I'm just going to see where we end up with the oatmeal switch for a week. There is an impact to protein, not sure I'm going to worry about it over a week change up unless I become obsessed with oatmeal. which could happen if it stays chilly. we'll see.
