Seriously, I have no idea how this is happening. But I will not complain. Maybe it's because I met my goal weight and am not stressing myself to lose, maybe it's because I am eating more carbs or maybe it's because I am eating 5 mini meals as opposed to 3 bigger ones. Anyway =)

Whatever you are doing, keep doing it! Well, at least until you reach your ideal self :) Between all your provided hypothesis, from what I know (which is not much lol), I would bet more on the 1st and 3rd but it still may be something else! :) Keep up the good work!

The reason for my bet is that carbs, supposedly, don't sate your hunger as effectively as protein and fat. High-GI carbs can even boost your hunger. I may be ignoring something though...

I used to eat very low-carb (50 net) and found I lose more weight, being closer to my goal weight, by eating more carbs. I think the body likes more carbs because they're more easily converted to energy than the other macros, so it doesn't think it's starving. But low-carb is better than high-carb. (I'm somewhere in the middle.)

LOL. I know, Euheide! But remember, different things work for different people :) The carbs I eat are not junk though, and I think that's important. The thing is to try different things until you find what works for you :)

That is definitely true! Eating refined sugar is not the same as eating beans for example :)
