Missed a weigh-in once this week again 😕 Weight range very large this week mostly due to "waste management" and home roofing work. HappyScale shows change ftom loss to gain and back then a quick reverse. So if I only weighed myself once/week, I could have been 155.8lb, 161.4 lb or in between. 🤔Answer probably closer to the average. A good example of why averaging multiple data points gives a clearer view.
