The trailer is back in storage, hallelujah, Glory be to God in the Highest, as my husband helped!!💪👏👏👏 I just wanted him to sit and couch, but he kept doing stuff. He did use his oxygen on the way home. He was told doing cardio helps, and boy that was hard work!! Someone will actually pull back the trailer today. 👍 I’m doing the happy dance, time to get back to losing weight and focusing on end of month reports.😞
Now, I have to get back to using my brain, I feel if a brain eating parasite was to invade my body now, it would be malnourished!🥴

Shrew, you have a way about you! lol. Love it. I think we all tend to want to sit around most of the day - that's something we should probably learn to resist. I have been told by people smarter than me (I think) a plane deteriorates faster when it sits on the ground as opposed to being flown in the air. This I am also told, by doctors, works for the human body. I can’t tell you if that is the truth or not but from a personal note, activity makes me feel like I am getting something done.

I stepped away from FS for a minute to come back to think what is going on? I have caught up! I am so relieved that Al was discharged and is at hone. Prayers and great cRe will do that! 🙏🏽— along with a healthy dose of humor such as yours. 🌸🌸🌸

Skydiverjim, I think you’re the best candidate running!! In that vast state of NY, once you have your foot in the door, you’ll be off to the races!!👍 I don’t want to deteriorate myself, but if it is a plane, I’d rather it be on the ground and not the air.😊 It’s true though as my idea of exercise is a good brisk sit.😄 Good luck with politics, that can be the root of all evil, so be careful!🥴💪
