Good morning FSF, I’m feeling back to myself physically and mentally. We didn’t end up going to critical mass last night 🚴 so I went for a run instead. Might do a bike ride instead today. I want to do too many types of exercise and I don’t have time for them all. Maybe it’s ok to do a different type of exercise each day. Throwing a girls night in tonight and then tomorrow my fiancé comes home after two weeks at a training. So it’s gonna be a great weekend. Hope y’all have a great weekend too!

It's good to change up your exercises. The muscles get a different challenge from each exercise, so you're building more versatile muscles. Versatile is good!
