Day 60 - Awake early It's 5.30 AM and todays weigh in shows 81.8 Kg I am chuffed that my latest quite tough goal is now comfortably met.

Yesterday I completed a big half of the 24 mile "Two castles trail" Lewdown to Okehampton yesterday and managed it in under five hours - Really enjoyable and I don't feel at all achy today. The other half Lewdown to Launceston should happen next week. Claire has made some scones to use up some clotted cream we had in the fridge and I am just about to head out for an early walk to offset the 420 calories that make up just a small cream tea.

My annual medical is tomorrow at 9AM and I am actually looking forward getting on the scales for that. After that we have arranged a Vineyard tour which includes lunch.

For interest I checked out my weight variability
Just before bed 10AM 4th Aug = 83.0 kg
On waking 6AM 5th Aug = 81.8 kg
After 10 mile walk +300 ml fluid 9 AM 5th Aug = 81.1 kg
