Jump out of bed weight, decided to drink my coffee and get on with the day anyways so I can move on. Treadmill again last night, discovering that there is an end to the fitness+ workouts in the longer category. I've done them all and they only have something like twelve available at any given time. That's annoying. I guess I can put together two shorter ones. I got a gift card for another similar system, may try that when this year is up. I'm definitely getting my money out of it because there is no way I would push myself that hard without something to drive me. Even if it was being annoyed at the instructor. And the burn bar. I may be old, definitely not wiser, but I like to be up there even when I'm walking vs. running. I did the sprint sets running. I also yelled in my family room. whoop whoop! wonder what the new neighbors think? 😂😂😂 As much as I hate the treadmill, I hate it less these days and I like the energy I get from it. What I don't like is going at 9:30, washing my hair at 10:30 and going to bed with it wet in a bun. Lord only knows what it's going to look like. No patience for drying it last night. I'll pay for it today. Quick fix would be a dunk in the pool mid morning. I love those days. Doesn't feel quite hot enough though because I'll have to sit here with it drying and it takes forever and then some.

I think blob is holding from yesterday, but in a bit of a hurry, so will just keep pushing. plan is to hit the bike at some point before it gets too hot, pool later. I keep having guests over using the pool while I'm working, so that's been a bit of a challenge as well. Two more weeks and back to boring. Going to try to stop work early today, short workday tomorrow. Plans Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. We are back.
