JEAN thank you for the good luck and I will need it I am outspoken I have to be more submissive I think and about you 12 lbs in 16 days. I think you can do it if you fast, a couple days and eat one meal a day and work out everyday but I read you had chemotherapy your health is more important than any number. I'm wishing you luck too d what's best for you.

Thanks Tosh! It is really important to keep learning. I was in school until I got out of teaching (2008), then learned to do sales, opened a bakery with my wife, and now we’re looking at learning for our next adventure!
