Puppy class last night, not a lot of walking for me, but a lot of walking for the class and we had over twenty dogs. Crazy. It's always fascinating to see the super pack take on a boisterous dog when they act out. It's a real thing and it's awesome. I took my Toller and she was the only non-Shepherd and she loved it. She's gone mostly deaf, so we're really working the hand signals. I got to talk with people. In person. What a concept. So glad we're finally opening up here. The best news of all of this is that we haven't lost a single person in our working group. All are accounted for whether they attend or not, so that's amazing. It's been one hell of a year.

Declined another pizza night after, just not feeling it yet, and the scale shows it. That said, last night was finally pain/bloat free and I feel pretty good this morning. I even ate some veggies and fruit during the day, so we're through this episode. Next choice is to decide whether I want to continue what's effectively a very low calorie diet for me and maintain this lower level of exercise, or if I want to resume my swims and other adventures which does cause me to be a lot hungrier, but also keeps my mood up when I'm under stress. I have a huge project starting next week, and if I'm too desk bound, I'm going to need the stress relief of the swims and the walks, etc. Guess we'll wait and see where life takes me.

Blob continues to decrease, muscle is doing okay. I drank four 32 oz bottles of water yesterday, but water mass is down, so will keep that up. so much easier when I'm not freezing.
