Wow I was not expecting such a loss after losing yesterday followed by Chinese food. Is it end of the week water weight loss? Is my body happy that I skipped my workout Wednesday? (I enjoy working out but wonder if I am doing too much for someone with adrenal fatigue). Is it the small bike rides? I’m loving my new bike! I wish I could post a picture but the app doesn’t seem to allow access to photos, only to take pictures of food. In other news, my parents are visiting and I’m excited about that. There may be some eating out, but probably not the food pressure of our last house guest who would buy treats and insist we eat them. It will be great to see them and we’re going to do a bike ride around the local wildlife refuge.
