Longish walk because we cut off two blocks due to weird guys screaming at one another and decided to go a different way home. Focused on drinking water and yet my water mass is down from yesterday. Kinda counterintuitive, but whatever. Muscle is holding at the lower level, blob is up a tick, all kinda interesting. this is the first morning I've woken up where my stomach feels more normal, so that's good. Got a good mix of protein and fiber in yesterday with the bulk of the fiber coming from lobster ravioli of all things, which is really weird, but okay. Going to be another busy day at work, but that's just the way it is lately.
