I had no chocolate for about 8 weeks! Not sure if I'm still alive 🙈

Try this if it gets too much for you - a teaspoon of natural sweetener, 10g of cacao powder in 100g of natural yoghurt - whip it good and enjoy 😊

Unfortunately I'm addicted to chocolate. Even a tiny bit makes me eating tons right after. Works for me as alcohol works for alcohol addicts 😭😭😭 I've started to eat carob powder instead, it's not the same but at least it looks like it 😬

Oh Jomo, I don't eat milk products as well (lactose intolerance).. 🤷

I used to be a chocoholic 😬 it’s super hard to part with my chocolates. Since the new year I have cut it all together and haven’t had them since.

Vit88 how did you manage??? That's already a few months 🙀🙀🙀 Jomo, I had tapioca pudding with coconut milk, honey and carob powder today. It wasn't too bad. But I really have to get used to carob powder..

Same here love my candy, lollies, ice cream, chocolate you name it. I have to do all or nothing. So nothing for me at the moment. Only had some for Easter. Strangely I don’t crave it as much as I thought I would. My addiction at the moment is peanut butter and bananas 😂

Hans Myles I quite like carob, but nothing beats a bit of raw cacao instead of processed chocolate. I’m currently using an organic cacao powder which is also quite high in protein, so when I fancy a bit of chocolate flavour, I just add about 10g of that.

I do that too Jomo but I use protein powder. I put it in greek yoghurt and have it for breakfast. I also have a Sustagen hot drink once or twice a day without milk and I dont crave chocolate or sweets anymore.
