SPRING CUT - DAY 46 12 Hours Fasted
First overnight fast in almost a week. Almost made it to bed unfed last night. Trying to get back to 72s, struggling to do that with increased workload. Visibly leaning, body fat and waist down slightly at yesterdays full weigh in. Hope to clear my desk in the next couple days and have a week or so to slow down and get this cut done.
