The weight I lost for health reasons has slowly crept back on me. I CAN NOT drink SOFT DRINKS at all. If I have one I know I will start drinking them all the time and that will cause major weight gain. Water, diet drinks, and flavored waters must become my only source of beverages. I am determined and will make this work for me.
