Crashed early last night, seem to be getting a cold of sorts. No patience for that stuff, I don't have time. Took meds and drank hot lemon water with cinnamon and cayenne to keep the throat scratching down. Will keep doing that until I feel like I'm in the clear. Especially at night.
Blob is still trending down, muscle trending up, if I can get it to hold at 92 for a couple of weeks, that would be awesome. Looks like a good day for swimming so far. Clear skies, no wind, and that's how I like it. Might take the beasts to the beach this weekend if it's still nice. I'm looking at the webcams and the water is almost glassy right now after a week of huge surf.
Have an interesting issue to solve at work today. those are the best! for real. 🤓 will keep me happily amused for a couple of days.
