My grandma passed away yesterday and today is my 26th birthday. I went to the gym this morning and I’ve been trying to keep up with my water. I haven’t had much of an appetite - I did have some sweet potato crackers but, I haven’t wanted much else.

ot takes time but the pain does lessen tho it never goes away I lost my grandad 4 years ago this last September and I STILL miss him.
