I deprived the dogs of their walk last night and took a swim for myself. It was good, nothing amazing other than the fact I was walking around outside in a swimsuit at night in January. 834 strokes, 10.2 METs, 140 average heart rate and only 16 minutes in cardio which means I'm getting better at it again and it's time to turn up the current again, but I'm going to hold off until February.

sticking with the current plan for a total of 45 days and honestly, it's not much different from what I was doing before other than more green stuff and watching the overall numbers.

I told you I would go up before I go down on the scale. Muscle holding, blob receding, I was really good about getting my water in there the past couple of days. I am wearing stretchy pants this morning because it's not freezing outside so will give my jeans a break in the rotation. it's hard being a fashion queen in my backyard. so demanding. I do have a new pair of sneakers coming this weekend. they're cute and they were only $19 with tax. score! still playing with weights whenever I walk by and have a minute. still doing squats and plies when I brush my teeth. and FWIW, I did some back muscle movements last night, the mobility is pretty good. finally. I'm still scared of the wrong moves, but we're getting there.

Can you see my little friend? He's been flirting with me very hard the past couple of days. I think he figured out I'm the one who fills the feeder and he loves my hair when I'm sitting outside at the table. BF better watch out, he's quite a charmer, and he talks all day. I have others, but this one seems to have taken up permanent residence for now.
