Lots of reasons for this. I am planning to record my weight daily, for a few weeks at least to help with accountability. Just because I am stressed doesn't mean I need to eat. ❤️

I'm sorry you are stressed. I only know some of what is on your plate. Hang in there. I pray everything gets better for you and yours soon. Logging helps me to be consistent with my eating and activity. It's one less thing I have to be concerned about...

I'd hurry up and get plump if that would mean the causes for stress would be fixed! 😩 Sadly, I don't think I can control the troubles, but I can make them worse by getting chubby! 🙄❤️

Eating when we are stressed is not a good thing, I think most of us actually know this but it’s hard, especially when it is unrelenting and often unresolvable. Do the best you can do. Diversion is helpful but I’m sure you have tried that. Do the best you can to take care of yourself.

Thank you, John. I really do know you are right. It is just one thing piling on another endlessly these days for our family. Celebrating some good news last week was a blessing, but the daily dealing with all the worries has really been dragging me down. I am so thankful for all the support here, and not feeling judged or being imperfect helps! Good or bad, I need to be logging! 😁

I’m so sorry about your stress. But you are eons away from chubby! We’re all going through stressful times it seems. Sending big hugs and lots of strength and mama bear power to get through it. 💖 I am sure the upcoming holidays will make it even harder for us all. But at least we’re all stressing together. 😅

I feel ya Melissa! You have more to be stressed about, than I do. I'm eating cause I'm feeling sad....and some when I'm stressed. At least you realize what you're doing. Saying a prayer for your stress to be relieved so that the temptation to eat too much is less ❤

Praying for some relief from your stress. It's hard not to eat our "troubles" away. I do the same. Some days I'm tempted not to log my bad foods but then I remember, I log for accountability... You look amazing so I have no doubt you will get back to normal soon..💜

I know you are going through a ton also, yet you are managing your intake so well. 😇 It is easy to try to soothe the worried heart with something tasty. It doesn't work! Diana, thank you! I wish it was easier, but I know I need to log and record or I will go down a path that will make things much harder! 😊
