Ran around all day yesterday, but not much of it counted as exercise so did the gym machine when I finally got home. Did an actual workout this time, some moments of extreme humor there because I still can't get up from an incline with any amount of grace or speed whatsoever. I did do all the exercises, including the side obliques, so hoping that will begin to resolve that whole situation.

My neighbors and I all spoke to one another face to face outside yesterday afternoon. That was cool, it's been forever. Sadly, it was about two guys creeping around yards in the middle of the night and checking cameras and exchanging numbers, but we all know each others' names and faces again. We have had high turnover on the block this year, so needed to happen. talking about a socially distanced street party. I like the idea.

Realized that time constraints are limiting me to either a swim or a walk right now, so it is what it is and will plan accordingly.

Seem to have undone part of the gain from the past few days. Will focus on that and keep pushing forward. If you stop, they win. Onwards we go.
