Had a low cal day before late appetizers and drinks. Scored a 225.6 weigh-in. Had a very stressful day as my sister in law committed suicide early in the morning on the 30th. Luckily, I was up in Ohio and could provide support for my brother and family (I am the big brother / replacement dad to all)... We are holding it together, but my sister Nancy took me out for martinis and appetizers late tonight and that worked wonders on my outlook. Back to being strong for everyone tomorrow...

Oh Bill, I am so sorry. That's an awful thing for all of you. Did you see her recently? That doesn't matter sorry but I guess it's good you are there, and didn't have to fly up. Take care of yourself too. I know what it's like to be 'there' for everyone and end up with no reserves. Bugger the diet for now, just take care of yourself (and family). Don't have the right words to express my sympathy for all.
