Check out my homemade egg mcmuffin. I use a "medium" egg which is small, a half slice of cheese (not fake cheese "food product") and a canadian bacon that's only 23 calories a slice. I've shaved 56 calories of the 300 calorie count of mcdonald's version. Does it matter? Why yes, yes it does. It means I can enjoy a delicious egg mcmuffin as opposed to NOT having one at all. *victory* Having it with 80z of fruit is a nice breakfast.
