Holding again this morning. spent a good chunk of time with mom yesterday, that was nice. I'm going to start bringing food with me when I go because she always wants to go out to eat and that's not something I want to do yet. take out, sure, eating out, nope.

Swam late yesterday, but got it in. Watch recorded 29,392 strokes, but I'm going to go with something closer to 800, heart rate high 130's, 10.3METs. I was a little tight from the day before. The counting glitch happens when there's an upgrade sometimes, it'll fix itself if I toggle it on and off. Also did something like 12 minutes of eggbeater last night to a song that happened to be an extended remix. No sweat, just go into the zone and wobble to the music. No touching the bottom, just treading water. I can almost sleep.

Out of spinach this morning and I was trying really hard to delay Costco until Friday, so will be eating more fruit this week unless I cave and go to the regular grocery store. I have a pineapple, some melon and some strawberries, so we'll see what I can whip up. The large tomatoes I bought are just tasteless balls of water, the plants aren't going to be ready for a couple more weeks. Ugh. I'm really tempted to throw them out, I hate them that much. I have enough chicken and fish in the house to do it, plus it'll clear the freezer, I'll just need to focus on it. Maybe I should make them into a sauce and add some San Marzanos to get some flavor in it. I also have avocados and salsa, so yay!

I need to take some shots of my shoulders and back. Just holding my arms straight out, I can see good progress and that's cool because I'm my own biggest critic and I need to memorialize it for myself. Been working with the new bands on my legs, that'll take a little time. Calves are already good, I also see the lines on my upper thighs, just looking to tighten things up a bit more.

Kat, try roasting the tomatoes in the oven or air fryer. That sometimes gets some flavor in there.

that's an idea, the thought of eating them as is just grosses me out.

honestly, I think I'll just peel them, add a ton of garlic and onion and make them into a sauce.
