Doing the "Let's lose 20 pounds" Challenge which started yesterday, and the scale is going in the right direction.

The stress of last week (taxes, work, etc.) is in the rearview mirror for now, so I'm better able to focus on making better eating choices and moving the old body.

Started this morning with stretches, the weigh in (down almost 2 pounds from last weigh in) and breakfast of black coffee and baby carrots with regular mustard for dipping. Odd choice on carrots, I know, but I'm out of fruit until payday (Urgh - IRS last week).

It's all in the groceries!
