Not unsurprising given both bread and waffle on the same day and I didn't adjust calories. It'll pass. There's some watermelon in there, too. Going to be a lot of watermelon this week. I ordered two mini seedless watermelon and they brought me two watermelons. Two full size watermelons. One went to a neighbor, but I'm going to try and work my way through the other. Will probably cut it up today so I can snack on it during the week. Might even do the watermelon basil mocktail I do for summer parties since it'll keep a couple of days and I can freeze it.

Having our first real heat wave with humidity this week. I can do the dry heat, the humidity not so much. Only cooled down to mid 70s last night. Got through it without the AC. I try to save that for when the house won't go below 85 in the middle of the night. One of the best benefits of being healthier is that my feet no longer swell up in the heat.

Yesterday's swim: 838 strokes, heart rate upper 130s. 25 minutes in cardio zone, 10 METs. Didn't walk dogs last night, was too hot for them. Walking carpets.
