I think I missed a weigh in there over the weekend, it was up higher, but this will do for this morning. Pretty much flat and holding muscle which is good. Cool and overcast again. Hope it burns off.

Walked and swam #30 yesterday. Shaping up to be crazy at work. Trying to slow grocery buy to every other week with paydays except veggies. Requires planning, but doable.

Bought a pack of masks, they might be here by Christmas. In the meantime, wearing a chopped up t-shirt when in the car so I can enter a store if needed.
