I'm sick this morning. Legit sick, not scale related. I sound like Barry White and I can't breathe. Still going to walk or otherwise work out. Logging all of it for self-awareness, I guess. I hate being sick, not good at it. Might go beat the crap out of my body today and see what happens. In the meantime, Mucinex with breakfast. How many calories in snot?

Yup, water, water, water all day long. Tree is full of lemons, so will be pumping in the vitamin C.

5.25 mile hike in the sunshine with the dogs. Did our old canyons, sent BF pics along the way so he knew where we were. Only ran into one sketchy person who backed off immediately when I told him I'd just drop the leash on the big dog to see who could run faster. Doubt he'll bug us again. Jerk.
