Not a fun weigh in, but other than having hot chocolate and an extra tortilla, I didn't really do anything out of the ordinary. I walked last night, medium circuit. it's saying only 2.52 miles, which is a surprise, I'm trying to remember which streets we cut back on, I thought we'd done closer to 3. Guess that 1/2 mile was in my head, too. I don't like swimming when it's cold, dark, late and windy, apparently. The irony of wearing gloves when it's 50 is not lost on me, but I'm still going to wear them. Officially a wuss. Don't care.

The good news about the numbers below is that it's mostly water and not fat. Possibly a tiny muscle gain, but focused on the not fat part. The nerd in me wants to test the scale by eating days of pure animal protein vs. fat (avocados), but I'm just going to focus on what I've been doing. I do need to get more water in me. I suck at drinking enough water when it's cold. I drink tea (black, green, herbal) but not as much as I do when it's just water and I'm hot.

Anyways, just hours to the weekend and a hopeful break from the work grind. I'm only writing this morning because I had to reset my modem. On we go!

Edit: just reread yesterday's journal with all that extra salt from the bullion. Definitely going to focus on drinking that water today.
