Dont stress JF, one pound up or down in a day is not that bad (or good)...the trend is the key, bad news is since mid October the trend is up, good news is since Sept 29 the trend is down... and since your "re-start" on Aug 4 you are way down. Turn this short term up-trend around over the next couple of days and you will be fine in the long run!!

Some rotten urchins had the bathroom locked down getting ready for school the other day, and I couldn't get to my scale. But my coffee was calling!!! I decided to weigh my drink and subtract that amount from my very soon weigh in. 14.5 oz! Gosh, I was surprised! So, dear, if that is how much a sizable coffee weighs... ☑️ 😊🌹☕😁♥!!! A pound is not very much!
