Okay, a little notch downward. Eating chicken breast and kale salad for lunch, may skip dinner since it's fricking hot and just have a snack later when I do get hungry. Cooked the chicken myself, so shouldn't be excessive sodium. I didn't add any, anyways. Just my Costco seasoning.
Once the meetings are over, may try and swim before dark. We'll see.
