Well that's a pleasant surprise! I had around 1500 cals yesterday & somehow managed to NOT get any exercise done, but I'm down 1/2 lb. Very nice! Tonight I'll be eating the leftover taco meat that no one else is eating, but I'll make a salad & skip the chips. I had my first quiz in Exercise Physiology today, lots of stuff about enzymes and neurotransmitters - hope I did okay. The lab quiz is over an article comparing the BMI to body fat%, fortunately it's online & I can get that done over the weekend. Yeah I know, it's Labor Day weekend but I still just want to get it done. Speaking of which, I'm planning the menu for Summer's last party (even though Summer doesn't really end until late Sept. in Oklahoma), and with any luck I'll FINALLY make it to a swimming pool somewhere! Got a new swimsuit that I haven't gotten to wear, what's up with THAT?
