Back on track and down three pounds to start the new year. Now I have to get back to where I was the week before Christmas.(238) Gaining weight seems to be easier than losing it. No need to beat myself up. I have to look at the big picture. I had lost 38 before my holiday slip up.(238 down from 276.)Currently 243 down from 246. I will get there. I just have to be patient.
