Weight seems to be stable but too high. Goal is to track every day this week, which I've really fallen off of. I'm dealing with some type of pain in the butt - literally, think it might be a piriformis muscle injury. I'm still planning to run with my offices' Memorial Marathon Relay Team, though I may end up walking it. After that I plan to take a few months off from running - hopefully I'll be able to get back into it this fall. In the meantime, I persuaded my hubby to purchase a Bowflex Treadclimber. It should get here sometime next week. We'll be ditching the old rickety elliptical once it comes in - probably ditch the old treadmill, or at least move it to the garage after the marathon relay run. I'll let everyone know what I think of the Treadclimber once I've spent some time on it.
