Slowly changing my eating habits to a LCHF diet. Not going full keto, but restricting carbs quite a bit (aiming for between 150 and 100 g per day) but it's HARD! There are carbs everywhere!!! And intermittent fasting (~18:6). It's very strange how hunger, once I realized that it is just another message sent by my body and that nothing horrible will happen if I let it pass, doesn't bother me as much as it used to.
