Day 40, Month 2: Slight increase - no doubt seeing the side effects of eating out for lunch Thursday and Friday while at work. I definitely need to be mindful of my triggers when it comes to work and certain dining conveniences that never go well for me. Nonetheless, I think I'm on track to meet my February goal to lose another 5 lbs - I ended January at 174.3, so my goal this month reach 169.3 . As I wrote about previously, I did receive my 3 Day Refresh Kit from Beachbody. My sister and I are going to do it together starting Monday. I got the kit that included the Shakeology (I chose vegan Café Latte), and of course all kits include 6 Vanilla Fresh shakes and 3 fiber sweeps. I think this short program will really kickstart my efforts for February - so long as I stick to the program (surely I can do 3 days!) Happy Saturday everyone!
